"TRULLO" di 65 mq circa, caratteristica costruzione pugliese con 1 camera matrimoniale, spaziosissima sala dotata di divano letto, cucina e 1 bagno adatta per 2 adulti più uno o due bambini.

Entrambi gli appartamenti sono provvisti di cucine attrezzate, condizionatori, lavastoviglie, lavatrici, TV e WiFi. 

La struttura, immersa in un uliveto di 5000 mq totalmente recintato, è dotata di una grande piscina con 2 dehors separati per confortevoli zone d'ombra, una jacuzzi riscaldata con idromassaggio per 5 persone, barbecue con cucina esterna. Il  parcheggio privato è dotato di colonnina di ricarica per auto elettriche.

It is centrally located for tours of the Itria Valley, Alberobello, Monopoli, Savelletri and the beautiful beaches of Marina di Ostuni, Torre Pozzelle or the park of Torre Guaceto and more. 

The dwellings are:

Both flats have fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, dishwashers, washing machines, TV and WiFi. 

The structure, immersed in a 5000 square metre olive grove that is completely fenced in, has a large swimming pool with 2 separate terraces for comfortable shaded areas, a heated jacuzzi with hydromassage for 5 persons, and a barbecue with outdoor kitchen. The private parking area is equipped with a charging station for electric cars.
